- Items shown in the baskets are always available due to supplier shortage. Great Canadian Gift Baskets reserves the right to replace items with equal or greater value if replacement is necessary. We will always keep within the theme of the basket and all items will be of highest standards of quality and presentation.

- If there is a concern with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date locally at 519-453-5651 or toll-free at 1-866-353-6432 or by email at sales@greatcanadiangiftbaskets.com. Keep all packing materials as well as all products from the gift basket until you have spoken to us. We will be happy to replace or refund product that arrives damaged or defective.
- Merchandise must be returned to our head office for replacement or refund within 5 days of purchase.
- Refunds are on product only, shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to request that unsatisfactory products be returned to us prior to refund or replacement. Return shipping cost are the responsibilty of the buyer/recipient.
